By accessing or using BillBird ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BillBird provides invoice creation, PDF generation, and email delivery tools. We are a software tool only. We do not verify, validate, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any invoice content created by users.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all invoice content, including amounts, descriptions, and recipient details
• Compliance with applicable tax laws and invoicing regulations in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring you have the right to invoice the recipients you contact through the Service
• Not using the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices

4. No Liability for Invoice Content

BillBird is a neutral tool and bears no responsibility for the content of invoices generated by users. Any disputes between invoice senders and recipients are solely between those parties. BillBird disclaims all liability arising from the use of invoices created through the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed at $9 USD per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime or interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
